I used to be a loyal Lowes customer. Having lived in several states Lowes was always my pick when doing projects around my home. Then I moved to Atlanta found a Lowes store. Was really excited to do some home projects. Drove to the store located at 1717 East West connector Austell Ga. When looking for different items I ask a sales rep where I could find them? The sales rep pointed to the end of the building and said some where in here. Then walk away from me so I found another sales rep after several minutes of wondering down several isles looking for my items. This sales rep pointed to the other end of the store and said go to the last row of isles some one should be their to help you. My point is in other lowes stories that I have shopped at the sales reps show me where the items are located not point and expect you to find the item on your own. I have gone back 3 more times and the treatment is the same way find the items on your own bad customer sevices. Please fix my Lowes Thanks

This store does not know what customer service means. They are there just for a pay check. purchased hard wood floors there about three months ago and the merchandise is still sitting in my garage where thy drop it three month's. What will it take for them it actually take for them to install the floors? That's what I paid for

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have to say that my experience with this location is very unsatisfied. The staff is very rude, they look miserable. Every single time i go to the store i have a bitter experience. They never want to help me to find anything, or work with me in anyway. I'm on my way to built a big rose garden in my back yard, which imply a lot of money and I rather to pay more in any other store than buy it at Lowe's at lease on this location STORE #0531

I find Lowe's garden center to be much better than competitor Home Depot. The garden professionals Iris, Tony and Simeon are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I used to go to Depot but my garden purchases are only from Lowe's Austell store. The knowledge I've gained from their gardening professionals is INVALUABLE!
