This was the best car purchase experience that we have ever had. A big thanks to Danny at the Car Store Aurora! We appreciate that everything was straight forward and honest. Absolutely no games! He got us in the exact car that we wanted, he got us approved before we even got in there. We even enjoyed some nice conversation while signing the papers. We really love the vehicle, which is in great condition, as all of there vehicles appear to be. Thank you Danny and The Car Store Aurora for this very painless car purchase!! I would recommend you guys to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

i give the car store 5 thumbs up. reason being i have had my 2005 ford focus for 2 years now and the ppl that work there Daniel jovita have given me the up most customer service i have desire i went in because my mechanic told me it was my engine and Daniel took a look at it and so not to worry its not your engine so dint panic because that is exactly Wat i did panic and they took great care od me they took my car in and fixed and i didn't have too pay a dime. also when you are having financial burdens they understand and they postpone your payments until u can may a pay period or even a months time i am overly satisfied with the car store for the great customer service i receive from them keep up the great work you guys

Excellent customer service!! I visited this store after seeing a Ford Focus online and because it is in my neighborhood. I believe in supporting my local businesses. I was greeted by Daniel who showed me the car and took me out for a test drive. I loved the car and felt very comfortable with Daniel. He then proceeded to get me financed which was difficult because I had not had a car loan in many years! I am very happy with the car, the finance terms, and especially the service I recieved. I am very surprised at the negative reviews that have been posted. I highly recommend The Car Store.

The people at the car store were very helpful in getting me approved for an auto loan. I got the car I wanted even though they tried shoving a different car on me. I was forced in to buying the warranty for an extra $1800. when the car did break down I took it to them to fix and told them exactly what was wrong with it. I am a mechanic and I already knew the problem, but it was under warranty and i wanted it fixed free. The manager of the maintenance area refused to fix what i said was wrong cause he disagreed. so after taking the car back to them 5 times and paying 5 different deductibles I finally learned that they were useless and i bought the parts myself and fixed the car. If you are going to buy a car from here make sure you are willing to speak up and not let them push you into a different car. and NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! I actually argued with the service manager when he said he fixed the problem with my car and my car was still doing exactly the same thing it did before. Bill Kay Chevrolet honored my warranty for a different problem and waived the deductible and did a great job.
