Amigo Taxi & Towing

This cab driver was given the address and could not find the street for pick up. When we had last spoken he told me he was turning onto the main road to get to the pickup location. 20 minutes passed and I called him back and he said "I'm sorry I couldn't find your street , I'm so sorry." I couldn't believe that he didn't even have the nerve to call me to ask for better directions or to tell me that he couldn't make the pick up after all instead he just turned around and headed back without notifying his potential customer. I thought taxi drivers would have GPS or even a flipping map. You own a cab and can't afford reliable navigation system? This guy didn't even have a clue and barely spoke English to understand me. At least have the courtesy to call me back and cancel and not leave me hanging and waiting for a ride. What BAD service! never again will I call this company for a ride. This place along with A Cab in Aurora DO NOT deserve even 1 star. Rude, unreliable, unprofessional and a big waste of time! With this kinda of service you can count on more drunk drivers! Thanks for nothing AMIGO! Thanks A CAB!
