Operating from his glass shop at the same address in Aurora for over 20 years, owner John Anderson promises that when you bring us in to do a job, you'll get a tail-busting, experienced team that is detail-oriented and always eager to please.         Rude service, poorly organized

        I contacted Touch of Glass to replace a broken basement window. After 4 weeks of hassles, I finally gave up. During those four weeks, it was a comedy of errors:- Missed delivery (delayed installation a week)- Measured window wrong (delayed installation a second week, although the technician was professional and apologetic) - Missed AM appointment (poor record keeping was the last straw)Our experiences with John Anderson were maddening. Every conversation seemed like an inconvenience. He actually made me feel stupid for returning his employee's phone call ("Why would Carly call you," ). Ultimately we had our window fixed in 36 hours by a competitor. Keep shopping around.

        Nice Job

        I am very happy with the services they provided today, the technician came on time, exactly as promised and did nice job, he took the window down and worked in his vehicle instead of inside house. All these with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

        I needed a glass window replaced and was amazed at the price because I had shopped around at other companies and A Touch of Glass & Mirror had the cheapest price. When it came time for them to install the glass into my home I was out of town, but the owner said that they could still come and do the job because it's a family owned business with trust worthy employees and all I had to do was leave a check and they would complete the work. When I came home the job was done to my complete satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

        Prompt courteous service and a wide selection of glass types. From what I could see, it seemed like they could handle almost any type of glass or mirror need.
