Fantastic customer service and very professional! After dealing with an unfortunate situation with another electrical company at my aunt's house, we called O'Brien for help. Applewood (the previous electrical company - do not recommend) had executed some inadequate work that Rick from O'Brien was quick to identify and fix in an extremely courteous and professional manner making sure everything was explained as clearly and concisely as possible. They then proceeded to continue to call and help to make sure everything was working in the following days. Will continue to use O'Brien for future work and highly recommend them!

an electrician, the integrity that he showed impressed us very much. He

was very prompt in getting back to us and we appreciated that so much.

He also has someone in his office (Erin O'Brien) that is fantastic. She

returned my phone calls and emails quickly and went above and beyond

answering my questions. Many times a person will deal with a company

that doesn't get back to you and you have to make repeated phone calls.

This is so frustrating. However, not the case with O'Brien Electrical

We’ve used Rick O’Brien for years. He was recommended to us by our contractor in 2002, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and the thoroughness of his work. We used him for a bathroom remodel in 2005 and again in 2010 when we added on to our house. Rick walked us through the process, asking questions along the way that ensured that the job was done right the first time. Pendants and chandeliers, puck lights and cans, heated tile systems and outdoor outlets – Rick has done it all! He even changed out our 1980’s electrical box when we realized it had been recalled!
