After calling all around Denver and speaking to too many big chain carpet cleaners, I'm so glad I got a hold of Chet at Metro. I was very frustrated that I wasn't able to get a general quote over the phone from many of these companies (I had to wait to have their specialists call me back to make an estimate appointment and wait to have someone to explain the problem to). Chet was very helpful right away and after listening to my problem for a few minutes, he knew what the solution was and quoted me a very fair price. He was able to come a few hours later and his work was prompt, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and he never tried to up-sell me. I would highly recommend his services to everyone and will be using him in the future.
