Express Employment Professionals

I do not know about the other express pro agencies, however I would not recommend going to this particular employment agency.



My experience started with coming in 15 minutes before my scheduled interview as I was instructed. The place was not that busy. There were four employees there and one other person, besides myself, waiting for the interview. I had to wait one hour past my scheduled interview time.



A number of months go by without hearing anything from this agency, so I passed it off as I was not going to hear from them again. Finally I get a call saying that a company wants me to come in for a interview. So I call back to say that I would go in for the interview. The employee at this location said that she would send me the information about the job via email. In my previous experience when professionals would say that I would get an email within 30 minutes. This was not the case with this person, even though she had to open up the information while I was on the phone so she had it and could have easily just forwarded to me right then. Six hours go by with no information about the position or interview so I decide to call. When I called to double check she was short with me. I finally got the email and it was not very professional. It contained one sentence with the name of the person interviewing me, the address, and the name of the business. It did not provide me with the position that I am interviewing for, what the company is looking for, or any other information that one would need to know when going in for an interview. I get more information when I am searching for jobs on my own.
