        Overall

        Called them about a drainage issue and there was no professional greeting at all! And the gentleman who i talked to said your going to have to call someone else were busy! Just totally unprofessional!

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off. When I called them, they quoted me a price of $25 to come to my house and give me an estimate to fix a leak. When they got here and wrote up a proposal, they charged me $65 for coming out! They should be ashamed of themselves. I would never allow them in my house again!

        In response to the complaint the following points need to be considered. When Robin Micham called Lane Plumbing she stated that she would like an estimate to fix a water line leaking. That was not the case.When I Matthew Lane drove to her house she explained to me that she needed a Master Plumbers opinion on why the line was leaking and whose fault it was so she could make an insurance claim or sue th company who installed the Ice Maker.A proposal was written at a FEE of 65.00.(AN ESTIMATE IS 25.00) THE BOTTEM LINE IS SHE WAS NOT LOOKING FOR AN ESTIMATE AT ALL.
