General Info

Dr. Doug Ellenberger joined the Eye Guys in 2015 and specializes in comprehensive eye care. Dr. Ellenberger has extensive experience in medical optometry, with an emphasis on diabetic eye exams, dry eye, macular degeneration, glaucoma, post-surgical management, and emergency eye care. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and obtained an Optometry Doctorate at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Ellenberger has been practicing Optometry since 2011 and is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.
