Terrible customer service personnel! Customer service was rude, had awful communication skills and were as difficult and uncooperative as possible. Delivery personnel were nice and competent, but customer service and billing were both impossible. I would never recommend this company to anyone-friend or foe!

Lipe 3 concentrator they ask If I bought it there I said no so then she said no if you did not purchase from us we want work on it I said if you are in business to make money that does not make any sense she said well we could not work on it without prescription from your doctor.well I called my doctor the same day and on the 28 theyou faxed prescription to airlife.well I got no response sof I called airline on the 2 of auguSt they lied and said they did not get the fax even tho my doctor got confirmation they did so my doctor faxed it again called them back theysaid they did not sere vice the eclipse 3 another lie because they sell them right on the Website anyway don't waste your time with these liars I think they at one time may have taken living lessons from hillary Clinton and they are no better at it than she is they don't deserve any rating but you have to before they will accept it

Do not do business with this company. I was sold a used wheelchair under the impression that I was buying new. On delivery no one called as stated to give me a time frame so I wasted a whole day on them. The chair was defective, they kept 20% of refund for "restocking". Owner very abusive on the phone accusing me of wasting their time. Very rude NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ability

Do not use this company! Horrible customer service, especially from Jennifer in billing. She also refused to let me speak with a supervisor and lied about who actually owns the business when I specifically asked to speak to the owner also. She treated my husband who has muscular distrophy horribly. I wouldn't have given them even one star except you have to rate them.
