I had a long conversation with Charles in this office. He couldn't have been more helpful! He walked me through each form (after emailing them to me) and all instructions on how to apply for Medicare Part B upon retirement and over age 65. I too had to wait a long time to get service, but it was worth the wait and I'm confident that my applications are complete and will be processed correctly.

I recently called the Social Security 800 # and I spoke to Laila and she was wonderful, very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Bless her. Even though I was on hold for awhile I still have to say I received great service. I do have to say though when I tried to call my local office in Steubenville, OH the recording said if I knew the extension or the name of the person I wanted to speak with I should dial it. I didn't know either one and they gave no other options so I hung up and called the 800#. Thanks Laila, your were great!!!!!!! 10 Stars for you. Joann B.

horrible horrible customer service from Michael. He is a very bad representative for our SS admin. He was very rude and I as someone who has never complained about anyone felt it was necessary to actually sit down and write a letter. Will be in the mail tomorrow.
