Funny how one person that misunderstands all the info so plainly stated on the web site, That requires you to do the reservation on line so you can read everything about the party. Can get angry and throw out anything they want and have all their friends do the same. Super Jump Party Zone has been around with multiple locations for 9+ years, ask yourself do you think a company would be around that long if they did all the things caused of on 10/27. NO

***Do not book this place*** It appears to be common practice to inform one price but request another. However, a couple days before event to ask for an astronomical price is outrageous. It's really sad to do this to families. I'm outdone at the shady practices...

What ever you do don't vote for this place. I'd give it a zero star if I could. It's run by unethical businessmen who's employees quote a price for a party and then the boss tries to extort more money just a few days before the party. Puts you in a tough place. Difficult to cancel a party on short notice so most people probably pay-up after they try to convince you it was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding- the deal was crystal clear. First off to book a event for a special day takes time and effort and to pay the price asked upon agreement but then to have mangment turn around and ask for even more money and to try and cancel is very rude and un business like and for the owner Scott to run a business like this is wrong to agree with a associate aka The aka Tabitha the manger is ridiculous what happened to customers come first why would any coustomer have to lie when a associate is wrong you should want to fix there mistakes but nope he does the opposite and takes the mangers word over a coustomer so distasteful

This is one of the most crooked places you will find. We booked a birthday party for a Tuesday(when they are normally closed) after one on their employees convinced us that for $450 we had full run of the place for the entire day. It sounded like a great deal. We booked it on line while we were there and it said you got only 2.5 hours. I pointed this out to Tabitha and she said no we would get the whole day. She was 100% clear and sure. We sent out invitations for our 3 year olds party. Starting at two different times for two different groups. Two days before the party they call and insist on $179/hour or they will cancel the party. After her boss talked to her Tabitha lied and said she did not say that. She tried to say sometimes they do it but she was very clear that day. So 2 days before a three year old party they try and pull a bait and switch and extort money. or we have to cancel a party on short notice.

If you go for a party BEWARE. They'll take your gift, "to put it in the party room". After you trust that will happen, and THEY LOSE the gift, they have a "why should I care attitude" and they want you to look for the item THEY LOST. BEWARE!!!
