John Sciascia "

Auburn post office"

No stars for you, I called a few days ago because i hadn't received mail for a few days. A girl answered i don't know her name but i asked her if maybe they were holding my mail because of the storms and could she check for me.but in a sarcastic tone asked me if i shoveled in front of my box, I said i couldn't for the fact i was handicapped so she decided to inform me that she was a single mom with three children and she managed. then told me i just wanted her to feel sorry for me, i couldn't believe my ears at the tone of her voice. I said i don't want anyone to feel sorry for me and asked if i could stop delivery until i could get it cleared and i'll pick up at the post office. She said not for snow so i said if i go on vacation u mean i cant stop my mail. she said i don't have to listen to you yell at me, I swear i was not yelling but just wanted a solution to my problem she never gave me a chance to ask about a PO Box, And hung up on me this was about 1:30 pm so i tried to call back all day but got a busy signal for the rest of the day, don't know if she blocked me out of not but I sure felt that way.I never ran across such a sarcastic rude person in my life as they say "gone postal"....I know i probably just wasted my time on this letter and can expect more mail problems because of it, this has been bothering me for days so had to wright this. Maybe this should be directed to the post master but not looking for her to lose her job but a change of attitude towards customers would do wonders......A resident of Auburn for over 41 years...If their calls are recorded I challenge them to listen to our conversation.....Approximately 1/6/15 1:30 pm jls8118@gmail.com
