        The Special Education Parent Advisory Council for Auburn, also known as SEPAC, is a parent advisory council. It promotes a network of parents of children with special needs and provides a forum to share information. The council advises the director of pupil services and school committee on operations and development of special education programs, parent and teacher training needs and helps to develop policy. The Special Education Parent Advisory Council for Auburn conducts presentations to school committee once every year. It promotes communication between its members, local and state organizations, councils and groups. The council serves as an informational forum for parents, educators, students and professionals.
