worst place!!! they are more like sales people than eye doctors! the receptionist never smiles and clearly hates his job and the Dr just wants you to buy frames and contacts from the place and not give you a prescription SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COME HERE!

One star is more than they deserve.



I went in for an eye appointment a little over a year ago and while the appointment itself went alright, I felt uncomfortable because he felt more like a salesman than an eye doctor. Maybe this is just compared to my old eye doctor, but I just didn't like it.



My fiance and I ran out of contacts and are currently in the middle of planning a wedding for next week and a honeymoon. We called to have a 1800 contacts order approved and they refused to approve it without leaving us any message as to why (our insurance only covers an eye apt every 2 years so we thought this was a common order). My partner called and left a message with the receptionist and we were never called back. He called a second time and left a message, again with a live receptionist, and we still weren't called back. It wasn't until the third message we left on an answering machine that they bothered to call us back only proving they didn't listen to the full message.

The message they left us claimed they'd only give us ONE pair and just for my fiance. They SOMEHOW got his ex (of 6 years) into the message claiming that she hadn't been to the eye doctor in 5 years and they couldn't update her. Her name sounds NOTHING like mine and she wasn't brought up in the message at all and they offered no contacts for me.



I called them addressing the problem and I was immediately met with a rude attitude. The receptionist, who took down the first two messages lied and claimed he never took them. Then told me some nonsense about it being a federal law against prescribing us any contacts.... yet they offered my fiance a pair? I'm sorry but this doesn't add up. They're rude. They're incompetent. The only thing they seem to care about is making money. I remember suggesting 1800 contacts at my first appointment and I was met with a sales pitch from the doctor as to why I should always order from him.... I suspect that because they weren't making any money off of our order is why we were refused. I've never had this problem anywhere else I've ever been. This place is ATROCIOUS.
