Excellent service and very attentive! I use Sanderson Auto for my service needs and have also purchased my sons 2009 Milan from them. They did everything within their power to help us get the lowest interest rate we could get and find us a lender. They were all very friendly and courteous. I will purchase my vehicles from them in the future, continue to use them for all 5 of my vehicles service needs and highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much for all you do Sanderson Auto!

I have purchased my last 9-10 cars through Sandersons. My first car I purchased there was somewhere around the 1993 timeframe (in High School).

Never have I had the professionalism and courtesy that I recieve each and every time I go there. First of all, they are not the pushy salesmen that you may be accustomed to. Sure they will come out to see if you need help and assist you in any way; however, they aren't pushy.

Next, they are open and honest. They aren't there to sell you something you don't want (just because it's more expensive to them). They are real and if you tell them a price you want to be in, they will stick with that.

In addition, they have always worked with me if I have had issues. I've never felt like "you bought it, it's your problem now". When I have encountered issues, they have always went above and beyond to assure that I, as their customer, am happy when I leave.

Ultimately, there is only true way to "rate" how I feel about Sanderson: I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Thank you for almost 25 years of working with me and I look forward to many more!

Car sale

I bought an Infinti @ Sanderson that had defective, new tires on it. They agreed to replace them the following week. I was told to take it to Goodyear and they would replace them because they were under warranty so I did. It turns out they were bad( had flat spots) so I had to take it back to them so they could replace them with new ones. I waited 1 and a half hours to change them out. Way too long for them to replace them in my opinion. Also there was another car like mine they were preparing to sell that had features I would have probably chosen. I couldn't believe they never even told me about it when I was looking at my car. Imagine my surprise when I saw it on their website 3 days later after I bought my car. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and would be very hesitant to purchase another car from them. They portrayed themselves as very honest but after my experience I doubt they are any different from any other used car lot.

As the Mananger of Sanderson Auto Sales, I feel the need to bring up a few things...few other dealers would replace new tires for the customer. We have always gone above and beyond what is 'normal'. We spent some extra time making sure the tires were correct and balanced properly. As for the differently optioned car 3 days later...well, yes, we get cars in nearly every day. We do not know what is coming out until they are through service and detail and get brought out. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss what you feel we were dishonest about. I would be very hesitant to LET you purchase another vehicle from us since we have done extra service for you and you feel you still 'deserved' more? Did you do anything or discuss with anyone about your concerns? When a business doesn't know a customer has an issue, it cannot be addressed. Writing a poor review about a business without any BBB complaints in 35 years without giving them any indication you were unsatisfied is in poor taste.
