        Overall

        I wish I had read Charles T.'s rating before hand. Wayne is the biggest scam artist out there. Took our money, started the job and never finished. Every day there was a new excuse. He promised to return out money and we haven't heard from him. This guy is bad news. Save yourself some grief and hire a professional.

        Not professional, could not provide insurance as promised, always had excuses why he couldn't get it to us. After asking for our money back we have not received it back yet. He continues to make excuses.
