worst place ever!!!
Never see so rude customer service!
The only thing they care is money.
Never help.
Don't come to this place.

Replacing counter tops,carpets are just basic maintenance. But here its called an up grade. You get charge more. The dumpsters, mail boxes, you own carport. Can be a distance away from your apartment. Hot water tanks have a hard time keeping up with use on the weekends and early mornings. Every basic 101 apartment work order I request all 5 of them in a year. Staff has manage to blow them all off. With repete reminds from me every 2 months. Laundry area. Is ruff at best. Stairs are metal and get vary slippery in the winter. Two bed rooms are the same as one bed rooms. Just 200 or less more. Builds are old. Windows do a better job at allowing wind and cold to come in. So if your death,dumb,blind, can't feel the call. These will be good for you.

The whole complex is infested with bugs. The brand new owners are far worse than the previous owners! The maintenance crew were a good group who worked hard to keep on top of the bug and filth issues. The new owners just came in and fired all of the employees including the ones who were working hard to clean the place up. Don't live here! Gross place!

I lived there for 18 months. I contacted with them 6 weeks before my contract ends to discuss my vacate. They told me that the only thing I need is to hand over a piece of paper saying that I am going to move out when the contract ends. They also told me, I can give the paper to them any time before I move out. But they did not tell me there is a dead line and a late fee after the deadline.
My English is poor and I trusted them and followed their instructions only hope to make things go smoothly. However, they gave me the wrong information and now I have to pay the fine only because I followed the instructions of their stuff.
I think it is a trap to make me pay more because I kept my room in a very good shape and they can not collect much money for damaged things.
I do not recommend any of you to rent this apartment at all. Especially those students from non-English speaking countries. All their stuff do is give you some wrong information and then laugh at you "haha, the way of dealing with us is to learn more English and recite the contract, but not trust on us."

This place is a circus. The office staff and manager is unbelievably rude. The do not care about any complains. I you complain 50 times they will find 50 excuses. They never fix anything. There are hundreds of bugs inside the apartment. They tell you it is natural when the season changes the bugs come in. Do not live that Meadowbrook village. It is extremely uncomfortable and your money is not worth. The heat is not working. The bedrooms are always cold, the laundry room washer and dryer are torn apart. They take your money and doesn't wash or dry your clothes properly. Everything is falling apart and the office staff yells at you and hung up the phone. When you go to the office to complain they leave and let you wait for a long time until you decide to leave on your own. I hope someone sues them!!!! The government needs to shut this place until it is healthy to leave her and be under new management. This place is dirty and no one cares. Once you sign the lease you have fix everything on your own. The carpets, the appliance and the laundry room oh yeah not to forget you have you clean outside the apartment too because there are bird poop and leaves everywhere and they never sweep or clean anything. It GROSS!!!!

I have lived here for two years. There are roaches, spiders and other insects coming from the carpet inside the apartment. The fridges are really old and not working. The dish washer and faucet are leaking. The laundry room washer and dryer are extremely old and not working properly. When you call the office they blame you for everything and say you don't know how to use fridge, dishwasher and etc. AVOID LIVING HERE it is a living hell. Do not sign the lease and look for a better apartment for the same price with cleaner environment and better office stuff. The office manager is very unprofessional and rude like her employees. You can't imagine how bad it is to live here.

I had a very sad experience with the bossy receptionist. I went to sign a lease there, and she behaved as if she's doing me a Big favor by giving me that old apt, she was very rude in her manners. When I asked for the manager, she said that the manager has already left for the day, and guess what.. just 2 mins after this statement, I saw the manager sitting inside another room, and to hide this, she immediately said that the manager will not see anyone now. What a big liar!!! She took $100 ($20 for application fee and $80 for maintenance) at the registration time. Something kept me away from signing that lease, and fortunately I didn't, and yes ofcourse I didnt get the registration fee back.
I would never recommend this apt to anyone. If the Welcome is so scary, I fear what the stay would be like !!!

The management is not welcoming you, that's for sure. The receptionist doesn't know how to be nice. They charged me $500 when the refrige broke down because they said "I misused it". But how can you misused a refrige? This should be a sign that I should left. Unfortunately I didn't. I renew my contract. Now the ceiling is leaking and they asked me to have it fixed at my own cost because "I should have reported a couple of weeks earlier". Now it's your turn to judge the risk of living here.
