        Overall

        "Mercy" Housing is anything but. They have a million rules for qualification and if you break even one, no matter how unintentionally, the little tin god "manager" will cancel your lease...unless you are one of his favorites, i.e. completely meek, docile and submissive. He's not above lying to do so, either. And just try to contact their regional management in West Sacramento or upper management in Denver....crickets....
