Don't expect your clothes to be starched.

We had 10 pair of dress slacks dry-cleaned at Main Street Cleaners on Ogletree Road, and 5 pair were ruined. Unfortunately, they have refused to take responsibility for the damage or reimburse us We don't know how they cut a V in each pair in exactly the same place, but when the pants were returned to us, that is what we found. After speaking with the manager, I asked to speak with the owner. The manager told me it was her decision and she refused to tell me the owners name or allow me to speak with them.
