Auburn Dental Care

I did not enjoy my visit with Auburn Acute Care at all. I was waiting for about 2.5 hours until they could call me in. During my waiting time, I saw lots of people come and leave, feeling being ignored. The nurse I met was a young women who treated me with indifference. Overall, very disappointing experience!

I really love Dr. Keith Bufford. He is patient and sits down to talk to you. His staff is very nice.

Keith was my Dr from the time I left pediatric-2014. I chose Auburn Acute, from several recommendations. So I went to him for between 8-9yrs. I noticed big differences the last 5 yrs that I saw him; being b/c in 2009 I turned 16, & drove myself to my monthly check ups. The differences were-- the demeanor of staff, check ups were not as thorough, he just really started having a 'get em in, get em out' attitude, it was a packed waiting room, all day-everyday. I have epilepsy and go to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL; but still have to go to a regular hometown Dr for those refills(ZERO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES). When they acted like that was going to be an issue- I called 2 pharmacists that I know, both said there was no reason for that.

Never going to be back, I would recommend using a Dr that doesn't understand English and doesn't speak any languages you know: BEFORE GOING TO DR BUFFORD.

I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY. I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AND THE DOCTORS HAVE A GENUINE INTEREST IN THEIR PATIENTS HEALTH. I WAS IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND AUBURN ACUTE CARE WITH DRS. BUFFORD AND BRADLEY TO ANYONE.

If you are looking for a quick and easy way to visit the Doctor, this is it! The office staff is so efficient and the Doctors are so warm and caring. The waiting time is minimal and you can walk in without an appointment or you can call ahead and make an appointmnent.
