        Horrible Service

        I bought a phone here last month and it has already died. This store won't refund my purchase. They are making me wait four days for another phone or pay to get it quicker. They also wanted me to buy another phone while I'm waiting--after buying a defective phone for $200 that they won't return. This is ridiculous.
