Castle Gardens

My family lived at 219 Castle Drive in Castle Gardens for 3 years. I always thought our house was clean, seemed well maintained and it was a safe place to live. No bugs, no mold, no crime. Oh, wait a minute... that was in 1962 when CA wasn’t overrun by illegals and gangs. Thanks Democrats. So glad your immigration policies have made California great again.

This is the WORST place I have ever rented..When we moved in we were told this was a secure neighborhood. We were told it was kid friendly, well its not..I cant even let my kids go outside because there are always punk gangbanger kids hanging out in our neighborhood, smoking pot at the pools, and parks, when you call property manager Ed, he tells you theres nothing he can do because supposedly all those kids come over from Determine...When you call APD as soon as you tell them were you live they take there sweet time getting over here. Ed is very incompetent, and the crazy lady in the office named Laurdes is a joke, she never puts in work orders when you call her and try to place them, 3 weeks after you put in a work order the guys finally show up and does everything halfass. Ive asked for the owners number several times and no-one will ever give it to me..The pictures that they post on craigslist are of the senior side only, come drive through the family side before you move in and you'll see that the photos they post look nothing like what the place actually is. They also have some old man that comes to the pool, he says he is the pool monitor but that doesn't explain why he takes pictures of the underage girls that are swimming in the pool, when we called the police on him he said "ED told him to take pictures to show him"...Pervert...The houses are invested with bugs, and really bad ants, Ive had mice in my house, that I had to catch and kill myself, My house has been broken into, several houses on my block have been egged multiple times, and no-one will do anything about it because they can't catch anyone, they did however finally put up security cameras that pretty much face Ed's house only because his car was stolen but when it happens to anyone else in here, nobody cares..They also always say that they will be starting a neighborhood watch, well they have been saying that for over a year and nothing has ever come of it. Also they advertise free yard care, that's also a joke, they come every 2 weeks and do a bad job mowing and they always manage to get grass all over my car that is parked in my driveway. I would not recommend anyone to move into this place it is absolutely horrible..Trust me you will not be happy, no matter how much they talk it up in the office you will want to move within a month guaranteed
