My Daddy got a car from them 2 weeks ago he gave him $1100 down we went and got the tag for it and the lady said we was like the 3rd person this year to get a tag for the same car but we brushed that off, ok long story short the owner got the car back after 2 weeks we go down there asking why would he take the car back and he says bc he keeps seeing the car everywhere at different addresses (my dad's home, my sister's house, my house) at Popeyes etc. So of course we are upset bc that doesn't make any sense then he said that my dad let my sister drive the car and the insurance want cover her if she has an accident, we called the insurance company and they agreed that my sister would be covered he still wasn't satisfied and refused to give the car back or the money basically what he does is let's people put down a down payment then creates some type of reason to come back and get the car so he has the car plus your money we had to call the police and let them mediate the situation bc he was so rude and thanks to the Attalla police department bc by it being a civil matter they didn't have to intervene the police told him you know that's a breech of contact on your part and they can sue you, he replied well let them sue me he was under the assumption that we wouldn't sue bc we're already out of $1,100 plus the money to hire a lawyer and file a law suit but as we were agreeing to just sue and go home he suddenly has a change of heart and asked the officer to ask my dad does he just want his money back my dad says yes and he says well I'm going to charge you $100 for driving the car for 2 weeks and refunds $1,000 I wasn't going to make this post but then I thought about him doing that to other people and they don't know to sue or call his bluff when he refused to refund the money I couldn't just let this go God bless him bc greed will destroy him
