Atlantic City Pet Hotel and Grooming

Loving and caring. Skittles is a golden doodle and has stayed multiple times. Our experiences have all been excellent and she was always well cared for. I highly recommend.

While vacationing in AC my family brought 2 Doberman’s, 2 Yorkie’s and our cat to the Atlantic City pet Hotel and grooming. It was so convenient to our hotel and the boardwalk. The staff was very welcoming and professional. All of our pets got individual attention. They were treated like little children. We loved that the dogs were able to receive 4 individual walks a day. They had playtime throughout the day. The little dogs were able to play all day with other dogs the same size and personality and get lots of attention, belly rubs,and love from the staff. We were also very happy the way they Took care of our cat. He had his own accommodations, a big climbing pole with different levels of houses, a fort with a 6 to 8 foot tube to run through play and hide, cat toys, and scratch boards. It was great that my cat could sit on the windowsill and watch the people outside because that is what he likes to do it now. I was amazed to see that they actually brush the cats every day, play with them and change their litter several times a day. I’ve lived in Alabama for the last 24 years and have traveled extensively being in the military. Of all the places I have boarded my pets, they have never before received the individual attention, services and love that they received from the Atlantic City Pet hotel. They also bathed my two big dogs, groomed my two little ones fabulously and even gave my cat a bath. If there were more than five stars, that’s what this facility would be receiving. Their prices were surprisingly affordable. Thank you Atlantic City Pet Hotel For taking such wonderful care of our family pets. We’will be back and And recommend everybody that has pets to your facility. PS we loved receiving the complementary pictures of our pets playing with their new friends and the AC pet hotel staff. What attracted me to the AC Pet Hotel was that they were open 7 days a week, allowing me to pick up my dog on a Sunday.

I've been bringing my dog there for 6 years.

My dog is very attached to me. This is the only place where she gets excited as soon as we turn into the Pet Hotel's street. Can't get out of the car fast enough. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with them. I know that she will get the attention and love that she gets from her own family. I have never in 6 years had a bad experience. We leave her there every weekend in the summer. When we go on vacation, we will make the drive out to Atlantic City because it is the ONLY place I would consider leaving her. We live in Bucks County, PA.

I also have to mention how pleased I am with the groomers. I always give specific instructions on how I want my dog groomed and it is followed exactly.



I highly recommend this boarding facility. It was their advertising that brought me there, but their genuine care for pets that kept me there.

The AC Pet Hotel is a wonderful place to bring your pet(s). My wife and I have been bringing our dogs there for more than five years and have been very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who do everything they can to make your pet's stay as enjoyable as your stay nearby.

Coco was very happy at the AC Pet Hotel. The management and staff are excellent. It is convenient, bright and cheery, well maintained, clean, and has large accommodations(not cages.) I have peace of mind knowing that Coco is safe, happy, well cared for, receives 4 walks a day, complimentary playtime, lots of individual attention from the staff, and that the owners live on premises. I had her groomed and they did a fabulous job. I will bring her back for future grooming. I can now travel guilt free knowing Coco has a new home way from home

WOW! WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRIZE to find such a wonderful pet facility! We have never boarded our dogs before. We always take them wherever we go, or have a family member watch them. Our girls are very attached and don’t like to be away from my husband and I. We took them to the Atlantic City Pet Motel and they loved it. They received lots of attention, their accommodations were large airy and clean, and they made lots of new friends. The owners and staff seemed to treat all of the pets like family. When I picked them up they were clean, brushed and had adorable kerchiefs with pictures of puppies around their necks. Their beds and blankets were returned laundered and fresh. Most of all my 2 babies were very happy staying at the Pet Motel. We will be back. We highly recommend them.

SEND YOUR PET ON VACATION

I travel extensively, and have used many kennels.

None compare to the care my pets received from

the staff, and owners of the Pet Hotel in Atlantic

City. I boarded my dog, and my cat for 1 week.

My dog was able to play most of the day (without an extra charge).

I told the owner that Bella does not like to go out in the rain. He told

me that the staff walks the dogs with large golf umbrellas

when it rains. I was told if Bella did not want to go out

in the rain with an umbrella, that they would put her in their back

yard which has an awning that keeps rain out. Mr. Scott also told me that they

clean up after each dog. I got scared when I received a call from the Pet Hotel thinking something bad had happened to Bella, or Snowflake. Fortunately, I was wrong.

They called to tell me that they did not think Bella was eating enough, and

asked me what else they could feed her so she would be OK.

I was amazed to find out that they went out of their way to find the soft dog

food she loves. They called later that day, as well as, the next day to advise me

that Bella was eating all of her food as soon as it was put in her bowl. I was also

told that she was having a good time playing with her new pet pals. When I arrived

to take her home, she was very excited to see me, but seemed more interested in going

back to play with the other dogs. She was beautifully groomed with Holiday bows. Her

blanket, and bed were washed and dried by one of the staff. The Manager gave me the left

over dry food; and the 2 extra cans of the food that they purchased for her.

The Manager offered me a bottle of water for the ride home. My cat stayed in the special cat

room where Snowball had her own 6 ft high condominium with different levels for her to play.

It was far enough away from the dogs so that they would not hear any barking. The employees

also played with Snowball without an additional charge. I did check out the pet hotel before coming, and made a surprise inspection before making my reservation. They welcomed my inspection visit with open arms, and showed me the facilities, and the accommodations for both dogs and cats, and answered all of my questions. I will be returning to the pet hotel in Atlantic City the next time I go on vacation.

MY DOG LOVES THE PET HOTEL AND SO DO I! I was very impressed with the operation. The staff is great with the pets.

My dog was scared when I brought him in but did not want to leave when I picked him up. He had his own large gated accommodations with lots of room to run around. The Pet Hotel is in a good location

with lots of free parking. I was able to walk their from my hotel and found the area safe and clean. Everytime I visited, Ceasar was either being walked outside by one of the staff, playing with other small dogs (with my permission), or receiving lots of attention by one of the staff. He was brushed everyday and received a complimentary bandana that matched his collar and leash. The day I drove over in the rain, they were walking Ceasar with a large golf umbrella. When they took him inside they cleaned and dried his paws. They followed all of my instructions and fed him only the food and treats I brought for him. I was able to check in late Friday night and check him out at

5:00 pm the day we left. They made it very convenient according to my schedule. They were eager to comply with all of my requests. I was instructed to call the pet hotel 1/2 hour before checking Ceasar out so he could be walked and ready to go. When I arrived I was amazed to receive his bed and blanket back right out of the washer and dryer. They returned the extra food and treats I left. I asked about his walks and feedings. They showed me the records that the staff keeps, listing the times of each of his 4 daily walks, feedings and comments regarding what he did on his walks, and how much he ate each time he was fed. They even fed him at the same times he normally eats at home, even though they were different from their regular feeding times. They offered me a complimentary bottle of Poland Springs water for Ceasars ride home. This is a very well run kennel that caters to each dog individually. I guess that is why they are referred to as a pet hotel instead of a kennel. I'm glad I found them and will be returning soon. It is a big relief to find a pet hotel that I can trust with Ceasar.

Horrible, smelly place. Staff is not professional. I should have believed the other bad reviews. The only pro is the proximity to the casinos, but the cons are numerous. Visit the place before you make any commitments and you will see for yourself. I will never put my pet through that again.
