First time and LAST time here....went this past Thursday and ordered 10 pc shrimp with fries and salad for my sides, husband ordered wings and shrimp. Waitress brought out food, I got only a salad, while my husband got his wings and fries. She looked at us like we was crazy when we told her that I ordered a shrimp plate, I mean, why da hell would I come into JR Crickets to order some lettuce with cheese and tomatoes. Said that she would get us a 24 pc shrimp on her. She ended up charging us for them when she originally did not have them on the first ticket..it wasnt until after my husband gave her his card was when she added the shrimp. She gives us 10.00 out of her own money. We won't be back we will just stick to our original location near home.

We just spent $30 on overcooked barely seasoned lemon pepper wings. #NEVER AGAIN.

Long-time customers are NOT important!



I had the worst customer service experience ever at the J.R. Crickets Sandtown Crossing location. I booked a party there, where I had already order a few hundred dollars worth of food and invited 50 people. When they (owner/management) realized their mistake ... they had booked this party during their "fight" party time, they tried to force us to leave or pay a $10 cover charge.







We were yelled at, threatened, and intimidated to leave by 11pm or the police would get involved.







This restaurant lacks professionalism, customer service, and customer quality pales in comparison to quantity.







Please save your money and frequent another Crickets ... its not worth it. A paying customer should not be treated with such disrespect and embarrassment. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that the owner left the scene without dealing with the situation. She allowed the worst General Manager (Maurice) in the world speak on her behalf....who does that?
