Taxco Mexican Restaurant

Five stars for the food is a must here. When you are in the mood for really unhealthy, authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. Pretty inexpensive for a ton of food and everyone there is pretty nice. I've only ever picked up and taken home to eat but they've never gotten an order of mine wrong. I usually go for the #12 which includes a chalupa, taco and enchilada. I've tried the chicken, but the ground beef is by far the better choice. The queso is always spot on. My coworkers and I look forward to ordering here at least once a month. Would recommend for any girls night or a meal you want to take home to eat in front of the tv. Delicious.

Taxco is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Buckhead. The food is consistently good. If you like beer, spring for the large mug of Dos Equis Amber. The cheese dip with jalapenos is my favorite, along with the fish tacos. My husband loves the carne asada tacos. Sit on the patio and pretend you're on a beach somewhere...you might just have a "Corona" moment.
