NEVER use these guys for an ai...

NEVER use these guys for an airport pickup. They don't show up. I have tried twice to schedule pickups at the airport for clients. They say they will be there and then don't show up. They had my clients waiting outside for them for half an hour saying that they were already there, then the dispatcher sends someone to get them. They promise to stand at the top of the escalator with a sign in hand like the rest of the services do. They will not do it. Don't be fooled. If you want a dependable service look elsewhere.…

RUDE! Rude! RUDE!... I shouldn...

RUDE! Rude! RUDE!... I shouldn't known better when I was placed on hold for over 15mins. But I needed rates & had to use them! They are only taxi company in my area that dispatch after midnight. I called while at Denver airport, the day I was coming into town. I was to be picked up at Chamblee Train station at 1a. The driver was late and looked sleepy. He said he couldn't find me. I was standing outside in the rain for over 20mins. Whatever dude. He started meter before we were even talking and put info in GPS, reading 5.6 miles. WTH! I told him its only 3.5 miles away (less than $10). I know cause I've walked home. He got an attitude and then raised his voice. He said that's what it shows. I toss him a "quarter" and I got out. Then I walked home in the rain. It was to dang early in the morning for all his mess!... I advised NEVER use this company!

I always use Style Taxi when I come into town, never had a problem. Professional staff 24 hours a day, very clean and nice town cars. They always accept my credit card which is American Express, no fees like taxi pass. I've heard horror stories about having your credit card number stolen with taxi pass. Style Taxi is very honest. Very happy customer with Style Taxi since 1994. I love this family owned company

wow..thats all i have to say..

so i HAVE used this company a few times before... i've had some rude cabbies.. i've had cabbies who make sure i pay them the 2 surcharge while others dont even metion it.

i've even had a cabbie tell me i SHOULDN'T tell him to go a certain route..i've had a cabbie ( i believe his name is erick ? ) who curses at other drivers. anywho i never was really ANGRY at this company untill today.. so i used their online booking system. and i put on the pick up time " 10:30" well my phone was in the other room and i was getting ready i had forgot i put it on vibrate. well i am ready 10 mins before my scheduled pick up time. ( 10:20 ) so i go out to check if the cab is there..no cab which is weird cause usually the are 15-20 earlier b4 pick up time. so i check my phone 2 missed calls one at 10:15, another at 10:17..same number i am assuming it was the cabbie calling.. ( mind you it was on vibrate..and i didnt hear it ) but there was no cab out front..so i check the "track you trip" option and as for status i see " canceled and deleted" so the cabbie didnt even wait 5 mins.. ( mind you i came out at 10:20 ) and i had to be at work at 11.. so i was anxious to get to work on time..knowing they had" canceled and deleted " my booking" .. i didnt even want to talk to the dispatcher at that moment.. so i called another cab comp who couldnt get to me untill 11.. all in all i was 30 mins late to work all because a lazy cabbie couldnt come to the front door.or even wait 5 mins..i will NEVER use these guys again.

Took wife out for dinner, driver pulled up in a nice town car was a little early though. Very professional staff on phone, sounded like a great crew that night. No problems with this company at all. will use again, Thx Again : ) Style Transportation

Ride from Atlanta airport on Superbowl Sunday

I called Style Taxi approximately 45 minutes prior to my son's plane landing in Atlanta, and the gentleman i spoke with assured me that he would ensure my son being picked up on time, unfortunately, my son's flight was delayed out of North Carolina and the drive called and kept in contact with my son, until his flight came in. Prior to that, when i told the dispatch employee about the delayed flight, he went and check the time the flight would come in. As soon as my son flight landed, he was promptly picked up, and although after one and a half hour later, the flat rate i was quoted remained the same. I was a little concerned when i hired this cab service because my son is sixteen and he needed to get straight home from his flight. I could honestly say both my son and i were satisfied with Style taxi and we will definitely reuse their services. Thank you again.

Bad experience

I was very dissatisfied and unhappy by my experience with Style Taxi. I called the company and asked to be picked up from Publix located at 8725 Roswell rd.My destination was Perch Ct in Marietta.The taxi driver arrived and while i was trying to put my baby in the car, he started the meter.By the time we were ready to move,the meter read 5.75 dollars.I gave him the address and he keyed it into the GPS and told me the distance was 27.8 miles,when i told him that it was not true, he pretended not to hear and started driving.By the time we got to my destination,i ended up paying 60 dollars for a journey that shd have cost me a maximum of 45 dollars. I had earlier checked the directions on map quest and seen that it was 22 miles. I think Style taxi should do something about their drivers because they are cheats.This particular driver was an elderly hispanic man who spoke limited english. You may lose many customers and go out of business.Right now i cant recommend this taxi service to anyone.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

Worst Service EVER! I had to pre-pay on New years Eve for a cab. It was over $120 total just to have an old broke down expedition pick us up from our hotel and take us less than a half a mile to our destination. The price was supposed to inclue pick up which I told the driver to be there at 1AM. I know they were busy but I tipped the driver $20 and said to be johnny on the spot or make sure someone was. 1AM came and no driver was there and when I called his cell he wouldn't answer it. The company told me it would be almost an hour before they could send someone and when I asked for at least half my money back for the no ride home they refused. I'll be calling my credit card company to dispute that charge. Do not use this company. The cars they picture are pics 10 years ago when the cars were new. They're still using the same vehicles.

Never Again

The one star was for Jennifer, the dispatcher. She's the only reason why the company even received a star. She's the best thing that the company has going for them. Very courteous, understanding and polite, even if she wasn't telling me what I WANTED to hear, she at least told me the truth.



Here's the story:

I needed a pick up AT 10 pm. I had a train to catch at 10:10, the station was exactly 1 mile away; a 3 minute drive according to google maps. The first night, my driver was on time (they dispatched him 30 minutes before my pick up time). He called me in the middle of my meeting telling me he was lost. I'm unfamiliar with the area, so I instructed him as well as I could. That should have been my first red flag. When he arrived, thank heaven I knew how to get to where I needed to go, because even with the address, he didn't know how to put it in his GPS. Second red flag. We arrived on time, so all was forgiven and I gave him a $2.50 tip.

I needed a cab for the second night, so I called them again. I asked for the same driver because I figured "maybe this place is hard to find, let me go with someone who knows how to get here already." BIG mistake. He was late. I needed him there at ten, I called him at 9:57 to make sure he was finding his way alright (mind you, I called the cab company at 2 in the afternoon to make my reservation for 10 pm at night. So he had knowledge of his 10 pm pick up 8 hours in advance.) He says he's 5 minutes away. I tell him I have to be somewhere AT 10:10. Told him that the previous night, reminded him again. He shows up AT 10:10, causing me to miss my train, and the last bus of the night.



The verdict:

He took me near my house. Received what he would have made had he picked me up on time and I didn't miss my train. Got angry, called the cops (I beat him to it) and because he's such a jackass, pissed the cop off by talking over him. The cop's verdict: Everyone just needs to count their losses and call it a night. Fine with me. I'll never use that service again. I informed Jennifer of this, she said she understood, but that I technically would have to pay the man the full fare. I let the cop sort it out. Worked out fine for me. I was prepared to pay the full fare, but not without the cabbie understanding that you don't pick people up when you FEEL like it. You pick them up the time that they asked for. I do not remember his name, but if you do decide to use this service tell them you do not want the cabbie whose phone number ends in -7300.

Horrible Customer Service

When my taxi did not arrive for thirty minutes I called the service back and said that it had not yet arrived. The rude man on the other end of the phone began in to to me by saying that the driver had been outside and the the two of them had been dialing my number repeatedly and getting nothing but a busy signal. As I began to explain I had not been using my phone since I first called them the rude man interupted me by saying "can I finish?" This was the begining of end of me using Style Taxi. When I got over the initial shock of the treatment I was getting I asked the person for his name which he refused to give me several times by stating he wasn't going to go there with me. After finally getting his name which I doubt is his real name he claimed to be the supervisor and denied that he had a boss but also denied he was the owner. After he realized that I was seriously upset and was going to report this he suddenly discovered that the person who took my call entered my number into the computer incorrectly. But yet he still refused to apologize or give the name of his supervisors by pleading "Ma'am why do you want to get me in trouble?" Really?!?! You got yourself in trouble "john"!! Never again will I use this service!!! NEVER!!!

NOT impressed!

We used Style Taxi to go 9 miles from Dunwoody to Duluth and back later that night. Both times, neither driver knew how to get to the destination. In fact, they asked us to program the address into the GPS! Even with the GPS working, the driver missed the exit and tried to charge us for the extra distance! The trip cost $32 to get there, and he asked for $47 to return. We gave $40 and got out of the cab! I will NEVER use this service again!

Great Service to the Airport

I've been an IT Consultant for about 6 years now, Seen Style Taxi grow as a family owned business--they were an okay cab company from the beginning but now since they upgraded to new computer system never had a problem. They are always on time and this new credit card system is so fast and convenient. Thank you, Style Taxi for being an awesome cab company.

I'm a bellman at the Marriott, it's hard to find a taxi company early mornings for my customers to the Atlanta Airport. Style Taxi & Limousine is the best taxi and limo service in Atlanta, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs and North Metro-Atlanta Area. Clean cars and always prompt, courteous with the customers, plus they help with all the luggage. Yes, this company is the one to call when you are in a jam. Anthony

Wonderful Service

Style Taxi has great, on-time service. They even provided wonderful, last-minute service today after another company (AAA Taxi) did not pick up six people. They arrived quickly and provided excellent service! :-) We'll make sure to use them from now on.
