Savannah At Park Place

When the property manager is the worst person on the property, you know the place is bad. I know your thinking, "she can't be that bad. I have lived at other apartments and the managers were nice". That is how i went into this situation. When i tell you she is bad, trust me. She doesn't hear/listen to anything. If you have ever experienced anyone like this, she is here and will intentionally make your like a living hell. The woman has sold her soul to be a property manager at Savannah at Park Place. When you look into those eyes, you will see nothingness. Besides all of that, if you like the comforts of home like electricity or water, forget about it. None of the outlets work, the A/C doesn't work, the water heater doesn't work, the fire alarms don't work. In addition, prepare to hear everything inside of your neighbor's apartments, from all four sides. I am really serious when i say that. The walls, ceilings, and floors are made of complete garbage. The carpets are pure crap. Have you ever heard of a deposit' If so, you put your faith in the fact that you will get that money back if you are a good tenant, right' No... No... No... Not here.
