My wife went here to get our Lexus rx350 to get its tires aligned and they broke the Lexus logo on hub cap and told us it was not there fault. Furthermore, manger of services does not understand concept of customer service and likes to ignore people.

i bought a used 4runner from sandy springs toyota. i took delivery of the truck on a sat. 5 to 6 days after the sell the check engine light turned on. i did not know what was wrong with the truck and i was a bit mad due to the fact that ihad only been in the truck for 5 days and i already had a problem. i called sandy springs toyota up and i talked to my salesperson about my issue and he told me he would call me back after he talked with his manager. At this point i was bracing myself for a fight with the dealer. the salesmen called me back and told me to bring the truck back and they would take care of the problem.i showed up the next day and they repaired truck no problem. sandy springs also gave me a free tank of gas for my time. i will be sending all my friends to sandy springs toyota....

Bob Starford at Toyota Service was great!!! The service was wonderful and he is so helpful and accommodating!

I take my Corolla around 45K miles on it for a oil change. Mentioned to the service guy that is has minor vibration noise when idle. The guy upsold me a "45K" service that included brake service, transmission service, serpentine belt change and charged me 400 (initially he mentioned the total will be around 250.00). Inspite of all these the car has the slight vibration noise and when I ask him about it he says that it is common in this model.



One more thing is that these guys try to upsell fuel injection cleaning, throttle body cleaning and spark plus+ wires change for pretty much every car.



Just do only oil change in this place and I think that is the reason for thier $17.95 price. The strategy (or rather cheap strategy) is to attract the customers with 17.95 oil change price and upsell $500-$1500 services not needed for your car.
