        Best workout in town! The PB method really works, the studio teachers are amazing and it feels like a community. Totally addicted to this method!!!

        Great full body workout that's a combination of body sculpting, part yoga, and part pilates. Don't let the barre part fool you, no ballet experience needed. Classes scheduled at convenient times. Instructors are top notch. Great owners who are really supportive of the Morningside/VaHi community.

        My favorite work out ever! And I specifically love this studio. The teachers are fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful, and the classes are great. I love the energy of the workout, the motivation of being in a room with other exercisers, and the location can't be beat!
