Platinum Wigs

I suffer from a chronic illness and I've been wearing wigs for 8 years. I've purchased wigs for over $1000 in the past. Over the past 2 years I have tried many different websites and have not been impressed. Many were overseas and will send you anything if they send a something at all. I discovered Platinum Wigs through a friend and not only did they offer excellent customer service but their prices are unbelievably low and their shipping is the quickest I've ever experienced. I also love their hair quality. I'm a customer for life!

Horrible service, all around! They should not be entitled to a 5 star rating, in my personal opinion. I ordered a unit from them on Oct 1st, a week later the product arrived in a completely different color than what was requested. I had to take time off to send the wig back and missed out on a $300 commission from my business. When I emailed them before shipment they informed me that the 7 day return policy would be voided, when I shipped the unit they sent me another email then claiming I was not entitled to a refund. I had to open a case through Paypal in order to get any help/response from them. After the case was settled in my favor I was given a full refund (I needed to purchase a wig in time for a wedding event to cover bald patches due to an illness.) When I got paid the next week I decided to purchase through them again hoping for a better experience, as I really wanted to review this company and their wigs. They then blocked my account and refused my order so I cannot see any of there wigs through their site or make any future purchases through them again. How disgraceful to punish a potential customer for a mistake they made on their end. I will NEVER recommend their wigs and this is by far the most faulty, horrible online purchase I have ever made from a business and usually my purchases have always gone very well. BUYER BEWARE!



(The wig I ordered had a lot of shedding in the Natasha #2. I had fibers all on my floor, sink and counters. The hair trialed everywhere I walked in my house and the unit tangled within 3 days of removing it from its neatly kept package just to take photos for the return. The fibers were cut very oddly on the top of this unit that almost stood up, similar to a cockatoo.)

First time purchasing a lace wig from them and the hair was super soft and the shipping was quick.
