        bad choice

        if you are really serious to buy a house don't contact Ziprealty. You'll just waist your time. They are NOT real agent there. they work on salary and get just a very little comission from sale which means they want you to buy a house as fast as possible and pay as much as possible.

        BOTTOM LINE: THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HART
