Clothing Care Cleaners

Find a different cleaners!! I do not like how they operate. I wanted to get my dance shoes fixed; it just needed some glue. The lady says she didnt know how much it would cost, but she would call me back for an estimate. I told it was not worth it to pay more than $10 because I would just buy the glue for $2 and do it myself. When I came back to the store, my shoe had been fixed. She say it was $15. After I explain she said "it's $15" and took them off the table. Businesses that have shady operations like this do not deserve to be in business. Find a different cleaners!!

A burnt shirt



My white dress shirt was returned with burnt marks across the upper back - all the way from the left sleeve extending to the right sleeve. I took the shirt back and the owner said that it is impossible that they would have done it. He refused to do anything to help with the situation. After 10 minutes of going around and around, I finally told him that it is very simple. I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and you will loose my family's business, which happened in the end. VERY POOR SERVICE, and I hated the way I was spoken to.

Sloppy and unprofessional. My clothes looked worse when I got them back. Don't waste your time or money here.
