Who wants to go to the dentist? No one... or at least no one in their right mind (smile)! Anyway, I hate the sound of their drill. I hate the sight of their needles. I hate the vibration of their tools. Especially if they are intended for me! Well, my experiences here have been nothing less than great. They make you feel very comfortable, explain everything they are about to do and then offer you a set of headphones that plays XM Radio. Really! After your numb, you literally just relax listening to the music!

I had a rush order that I had to have the same day and they got uh done! Professional, customer friendly and aim to please is how I describe the "T-Spot" people. Will get all my t-shirts done with them from now on.

I recently visited this location to get a new heel for my fall black boots. When I returned to pick up my boots the owner gave me boots with no heels. He said, "I can't fix them", so I asked him to put my old heels back on. He stated that he could not help me and rudely said, "If you don't like it you can take me to civil court" and walked away.



I would not recommend taking your shoes to Greenbriar Shoe Repair.



Suggetion to Owner: When you run across a problem with a shoe, call your customer and explain. If you cannot fix it, offer to have it sent to someone else who can. Don't just say "sue me". That attitude will not profit you in the end. If I were not a school teacher, I would stand in front of your business and warn other people about your tactics.
