Barrett's Towing

My experience with Barrett’s towing has always been A+ but yesterday I called Geico for roadside and the company they called was in a 4 hour window so I ask them to call Barrett’s. They did and a Chris called me in little over an hour. I told him I thought I had lost a $1400 diamond tennis bracelet near the car. I couldn’t get back over there. He delivered my car in a few minutes and had the diamond tennis bracelet on his pocket. I was amazed that he took the time to even look. The place he was going to drop the car I told him he couldn’t put there so he had to maneuver to another spot then in a small parking lot a the whole time being so courteous and professional. He got the key to turn but I couldn’t later so does need to go to the shop but the repair bill and the whole incident isn’t so frustrating since he found my bracelet. Professionalism integrity and honesty amazing. He definitely went the extra mile.

Calling for a tow is never a pleasant moment. When I called, I gave the dispatcher my information and was told the driver would arrive within 45 minutes. 20 minutes later, the driver called to inform me he was on his way to pick up my vehicle and to verify my location. Then, he arrived within 10 minutes...which in all was 15 minutes before promised. The driver was very friendly and professional. They also had the nicest and cleanest tow trucks I've seen. On top of all this, I was surprised to find my tow to be so reasonably priced. Overall, I had a great experience! I would recommend Barrett's Towing to anyone!
