        The person who left the negative review here from last May is extremely exagerating what happened. She had maybe 10 questions about a trailer she liked and we answered around 8 of them but did not know the answers to the other two. She then made a $5,000 offer on the trailer priced at $11,799. We said sorry but that was just to low of an offer and she had to come up with more than that. She got angry that we would not come down more than $2,000. we explained to her that we do not over price our units but charge FAIR prices comparable to what a private party may charge. Anyway, she was not happy with that price. We told her to shop around and she would see that the price was very reasonable. She then left our lot and evidently left the review in anger. We have been in business over 20 years here on the central coast and you don't stay in business that long if your not doing something right.

        Overall

        I went to Scotts to make an offer on a 5th wheel. After asking a few questions that the salesperson could not answer, he blew up and told me I was not a serious buyer and told me to leave the lot.

        I was so embarrassed and humiliated.
