Imperial Appliance Repair

I hired this guy to repair a dishwasher. The guy told that the water fill sensor needs to be replaced. He ordered it and told that he will come to install it. After he left I discovered that the draining pipe was folded. I fixed it and the machine started working. I called the guy. He told me that he cannot cancel the order of the ordered part ($63), but he can return the payment for his visit. I decided to wait with it until I am sure the machine is in order and then I forgot about it. A few month later, the machine stopped working again. I called the guy and we made an appointment. He did not come. I called him again. He told me some excuse and we made another appointment. He did not come again. I called him. He didn't pick up phone. I called him from another landline suspecting that his caller ID reveals my identity. He picked up but told me that he in the middle of some crisis and promised to call back, Never called. I called him again. Did not pick up. I left a message. He did not return my call. To sum it up: did not diagnose correctly the problem, refused to return unneeded part that was ordered because of his mistake, twice did not come for the appointed visit, ignored my phone calls. I believe it all because he would have to come for a job that was already paid for. This guy is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid him!
