This is the worst business I've EVER used. This latest experience included no one showing up for the ride I requested. Upon calling back I was told they had already been despite the fact I was outside waiting. I was literally told I was calling from a different address even though it was not the address I gave and I clarified several times that was not my address. In between being hung up I was told my phone was showing a different address on their system and because it was wrong the driver would charge me extra now . Despite the fact I gave them the correct address where I physically was and never gave them this other address. Nor do I have any control over where my phone shows at on their system. To this is just another of several horrible experience s. These people are horrible.

I have taken the cabs many times, and it is always a very long wait, no matter if the sun is shining or if it is storming. I was told a bike could fit in a cab and that it would be no problem, so I rode my bike to the store and needed to be picked up with my groceries. After waiting over an hour, I was picked up but had to leave my new bike behind at the store because they would not take it in the cab. I have to walk 3 miles tomorrow to pick it up from the store. They didn't take my name as they quickly hung up when I ordered the cab, and there many cabs picking people up who obviously weren't waiting as long as I had. There were also two other people that were waiting near me that this happened to. The cabs also often smell like cigarettes, and being a nonsmoker, this is very offensive to me. I dread taking a cab in Ashtabula as I will always be late for wherever I am going, and I feel they do not appreciate their cash-paying customers.

That the review from absolutely disgusted is false! (they must work for the competitor LOL) I worked there for 6 yrs :>) Before hiring all drivers get fingerprinted at police station a full criminal and driving record is checked anything on your record besides a minor fender bender and your not hired! Also drivers are drug tested randomly throughout their employment they're pop quizzes too no time to study for them if you know what I mean They call you up at home and give you an hour to get up there and get the test! As far as being late that does happen but rarely for example the dispatcher gets 15 time calls for 4pm she/he has 7 drivers working how are you gonna get them all at the same time hmmm you can try doubling up and that does work alot of the time but not allways so you see how they can be late sometimes? if it happens alot you hire more drivers but if infrequently you don't because you don't want alot of drivers sitting around doing nothing burning gas up in the cabs which would eventually raise cab rates you don't want that do you? The cabs are thourhly cleaned by matinence (?sp) And at the end of each shift the drivers vacuum them. not all but some like myself after wiping dwn interior spray a lysol type disifectant. Tire pressures, fluids ect are checked constantly. When we bought a cab from there we were amazed at the thick log of mat. and preventative mat. that car had! So absolutly disgusted in my opinion you are nothing but a liar go back to the competitor (you might wanna chk and see if they do all the things this company does) lol i doubt it

they are the the best company they been in business since 1928 they are on time and know matter what the weather they are there i have been using them for years .
