        Heavenly Clips is the best pet...

        Heavenly Clips is the best pet grooming place in the Richmond surrounding areas. My dog was traumatized by Pet Smart and PetCo. Pet Smart and PetCo also charged a mint to have my dog groomed. Heavenly Clips does an outstanding job a low rate. In addition, they give discounts from time to time. I will only let Heavenly Clips groom my dog because they pamper him and make him relax while getting his hair done. I highly recommend them to anyone that has pets.
