Bloom Flowers & Gifts

Bloom Flowers was unwilling to provide a refund for a cancelled order. They ignored several attempts of my attempts to speak to the owner about circumstances regarding cancellation of order, but all ignored. Small town, local business should be providing good customer service but are absolutely not. I hope the money taken from me was worth it because I plan to tell EVERYONE I know about the POOR customer service they practice.
