Phillips Body Shop

I was absolutely stunned at what a fantastic job Phillips did painting the hood of my 2008 Kia. I was just hoping that the paint match would be close enough that it didn't show too badly. I was amazed when I saw the finished job! It matched perfectly. And smooth as a baby's butt and shining like the sun! Mike Phillips spent 30 minutes explaining the process before I even agreed to have it done by him. He told me he would need the car for 3 days. I got it back in 2 1/2. And they even sent someone to pick me up when the car was ready! Of course, I only live about a mile from their shop, so don't count on that! I couldn't be happier, and I obviously would highly recommend Phillips to anyone needing a paint job.

They certainly have a reputation for doing good work, but when I took my older car in for a fairly minor repair estimate he wouldn't even give me one. I was told he had more than enough business as it is and he couldn't make enough money off mine and it wasn't worth his time. You can give your money to this guy if you want to but you've been warned.

I am extremely unhappy with the repair of my auto. I have had it back 3 times ---have had to have my car to a repair shop for work that was underneath the car---the mechanic was off ill when my car was in the Phillips---they gave me a refund because they could not allign my car----they did min job---did not replace hood but patched it---I can see where it has been repaired----really sad they came highly recommended--perhaps they did good work in the past but NOT now---it took longer than they told me and the work was NOT the quality I was told they performed. Would not/could not recommend. Oh and now the headlight has moisture inside---never had that before---but they will not fix it--so I will have to have someone else do the work. And pay for it---should have fallen under my insurace covered repair.
