Overall

Was a happy client for 2 years. I canceled an appointment with 24 hours. Was ghosted for a few weeks when I tried to make new appointment. When I finally got ahold of them they refused to make new appointment so I tried to explain why I cancelled last appointment. I was told to be honest and just admit I couldn’t afford to have my dog groomed. Truth was they knew I needed afternoon appointments and they had made it a morning appointment. In all the time I was a client I cancelled two appointments. She said I had cancelled several. Also one time I accidentally shorted them $10. They notified me and I made up for it the next visit but in our phone conversation she brought this up and tried to make me feel like a crappy person, over an accident. They don’t let customers come in the facility cause of Covid, which I always respected. But when I picked up my dog I saw customers coming out. I think she really thinks I’m a poor person so she doesn’t want my business.
