I had a great experience at Leonard's Auto Mart. I purchased a 4Runner and it is a great vehicle. The customer service was exceptional and I left happy. The family atmosphere hit home with me and I highly recommend this place of business!!!

Two of our purchases were not available on their lot; however, they went to the extra effort of finding them for us. As a longtime customer of Leonard’s Auto Mart I finally decided to write a review of what I consider to be the best auto dealership in WNC. Over the past 7 years I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles for personal use and for business use from Leonard’s. On each transaction, my experience as a buyer was exceptional. Leonard’s always catered my purchase to my individual needs and my business needs. As a family owned business, they have shown the flexibility I need in my purchases. I have always felt they knew me as an individual and that making me happy as a buyer was important to them. Buying a used car can so often be an unpleasant event but Leonard’s makes it easy. The cars I have purchased from them have been quality vehicles and the deals I have made with them have all been of good value. If you are looking for a vehicle make the drive to Smokey Park Highway and check out Leonard’s Auto Mart. They are not at all your typical used car dealership.

The owner of Leonard's Auto Mart is named Leonard Crook, and he seems to be doing everything he can to live up to his family name. Don't expect to see an honest positive review about this operation anywhere online. Even the details of the complaints filed on the Better Business Bureau's website have wordy, dismissive rebuttals. If you want the truth about this business, just ask around. I totally failed to do my due-diligence before this purchase, so it's too late for me. I won't go into the particulars since I am filing a claim against them in small claims court. It's best for both sides to be represented there, so that the court can determine which side is truly at fault. The Sherrif's Department, the DMV, and my lawyer said my case is a "no-brainer," so I'm feeling optimistic.
