Good selection of boots, but not very good selection of western wear. Also, I find most of their stuff to be overpriced. If you look elsewhere, you will find the same stuff significantly cheaper. They have a corner on the western wear market in Asheville, hence the inflated prices. And to add to what other reviewers have said, the service is dreadful. They do not offer help even when you wander around for 20 minutes obviously searching for things.

I am very tall and needed to find jeans that were long enough to wear with boots. I had a friend with me and we were not greeted when we entered even though we did offer very friendly greetings to the grouchy looking man and woman behind the counter. We shopped for about 45 minutes. Not one person asked if they could be of assistance and the one man that I did ask about the fitting rooms replied as if I should have known where it was. I politely told him to nevermind, I wasn't going to buy anything from the store because I really want to feel like a valued customer and I felt more like an intrusion on his day, placed the six pairs of jeans back where I got them and we left. I I am not from Asheville but I do work there, shop there and spend a great deal of time in the city. I won't be spending money or time at this place again,

Terrible service and a total lack of professionalism on my visit with my daughter who was trying to use a gift card. Could not find a boot for her to fit properly, no one cared and refused to return money. Her Christmas present definitely ruined. The gentleman just stared at me and never offered a word while (his wife?) the older woman (just to describe her as rest of staff were very young) was totally unhelpful. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

ordered an item 2 weeks ago, yet never received any correspondence, nor the item. tried to contact, still no response. entered a dispute with paypal and then received a refund. would have been nice to receive an explanation. any business that wants further business would have done so! hopefully, their in-store service is more professional!
