Many people think Bikram Yoga is a franchise, however, WE ARE NOT. We are a completely independent and locally owned family business and we will stay as such in order to maintain the highest quality of service. Our primary focus is right here in our local community and it is always our intention to provide the best yoga and care. We are located at exit 8 off hwy 240 just outside of downtown Asheville going East. There is a Home Depot at this exit and we are across the Babies R Us/ BiLo shopping center. Riverridge Business Center also has Ladies Workout Express in the shopping center.

At our studio we use a CO2 sensored ERV air exchange system to ensure fresh air for your workout. An Anti-Microbial floor and additional air ionizer ensure the is no odor at all.
