Eyebrow Threading By Charming Eyes

I just moved to Asheville and needed to find a place to get my eyebrows done, and this place was absolutely perfect. The wait was a little while, but the woman was fast with what she did and my eyebrows looked perfect. I will definitely be returning

I disagree with the bad reviews; she is often crazy busy but has never been rude. She is very efficient and does an amazing job. I was referred to her by a friend and have referred my friends to her as well and they have all loved the result!

This place is awful! My eyebrows looked worse then before. She rushes and she is very rude. Don't go there it's not worth the price

I have had threading services at different places in NC and GA, but this has been my favorite. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for several months and have had an excellent experience every time. The prices are extremely reasonable and clearly posted, and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Charming Eyes -this place is the best!

I was very skeptical about this place after reading the reviews but I still went ahead and tried them out since I didn't have a choice. Twinkle was great! The place was very homely and inviting. Twinkle and her sister absolutely know what they are doing and certainly have more than 15 years of experience in threading. This is definitely going to be my trusted place for eyebrow threading!

This place is a rip off! It stinks in there and the one girl that does the threading is rude. I hope they don't last much longer in our wonderful city where business owners care about their reputation.

I visited this location after calling to check the pricing. The owner stated on the phone that the price for full face threading was $30 not including eyebrows. I went the next day and she asked if I called the day before; which I said yes. She proceeded to do my threading and asked if I wanted my chin done; I said yes. She completed the job and then charged me $43.15! When I questioned it she stated that my chin was extra. So what exactly is a full face thread for $30? I told her that she is much more expensive than what is charged in Raleigh (where I live). Her only response was "yep." Very poor level of professionalism. If there are any threaders in the Asheville area that read this please do not cheat people like they do at Charming Eyes which should be called SNAKE Eyes! Shame on them!







10/28/14. I see that there was a response from this business which was a LIE! The threader NEVER discussed price with me when I sat down. The price list was posted but does not indicate that the chin is not a part of the full face threading. Never the less, the word is out now and there are others that will be coming to the area to are clear and honest in their businesses. Maybe if your attitude changes you can rent a booth there. Not only does this business provide horrible customer service they lie to attempt to cover up the "back room" business they have going on.
