" I waited two weeks for my glasses, and when I got them I told Richard Krasnove, the owner, that I couldn't see out of them. He told me to wait for my eyes to adjust. After another week I called to ask how much longer I should wait and he YELLED at me that it was MY FAULT that I couldn't see! (Yes, he made me cry). I asked him to recheck my vision, since his doctor had done the eye exam. His doctor then found that he had made a big mistake in the prescription. After another 2 weeks, they still weren't ready. I asked for my money back (6 weeks had passed). He told me that I had "requested" a change in the prescription (refusing to admit that his doctor made the mistake!) and so he wouldn't do that. He blamed ME for the mistake! I'm STILL waiting for my glasses. A horrible, mean person, a horrible company."
