Designer Maid

Highly unprofessional business. Cleaners came 2 hours late to appointment. I was charged 137/hr for 4 hours of time spent cleaning my empty 3 bedroom house. The initial estimate was 45/hr and as the "high end" estimate, so I was simply shocked by the final bill of $546 for this job, as it is double the market rate for a move-out cleaning service. Cleaners left the house with no invoice or receipt, instead the owner informed us of the bill via phone call the following morning, and proceeded to threaten and insult upon inquiry of the bill.

In addition, the cleaners left without having cleaned the kitchen floor and many other details were missed. For such a steep price and business calling themselves "professional" this was a huge disappointment. The worst part, however, are the deceptive billing practices along with continuous harassment from the owner.

I can highly recommend the services of this excellent company. Their employees are well trained, do a very thorough job at a reasonable price. They have a pleasant manner and are eager to handle any requests you may make. Try them, you will be most pleased! Gail
