Overall
Slow and Dirty

This is the slowest "fast food" in Asheville NC. Doesn't matter what time day or night. I doesn't matter whether you go inside or use the drive up.

God forbid if you go inside. This is also the dirtiest restaurant in Asheville.

I ALWAYS have a hard time finding a clean table to sit at.

The area where you get your own soft drinks is ALWAYS sticky, cluttered, and filthy.

I have visited this restaurant several times at different hours of the day just to see if anything changes.

It is always the same - SLOW and DIRTY.

My wife and I go just for some comic relief after a rough day at work. We sit and watch in amazement on how this place can remain open and how the staff acts more like the 3 Stooges than employees.

The employees seem like they don't have a clue or even care about what they are doing or should be doing.

The manager and entire staff should be fired, the building used for training by the fire department, then demolished.

very poor service

went through the drive thru tonight at 10.40 pm.I placed my order and was asked to please pull in front of the store that they would bring it out.At this time i was the only car in the drive thru and there were no cars behind me.i told the young lady that i would wait at the window,but i will move if another car comes behind me.this was because there were already 4 cars waiting for orders in the front of the store.The girl kinda got ticked at me and shut the window hard and went back to the kitchen told other workers what i said i guess because at that time they all looked up at me at the same time.So a moment later the manager named Monica came to the window a told me '' sir you were asked to pull to the frontof the store" she was very rude the way she said it.I asked her why she wanted me to move since there were no cars behind me.She stated that '' We are on timers and they get mad at us if people have to wait to long'' and this was said hatefully as well.So at this time i asked for a refund and also asked for her name she replied it was monica.I have eaten at this burger king numerous times and have always gotten pretty good service but within the last month everytime ive had to go at night after 9.00 pm the wait has been very long and the service is not there.I work and excel in customer service for a living and i know the damage one or two bad employees can reflect on a buisness.I am not writing to get anyone in trouble but i feel you need to address this issue and discuss this with monica because her customer service skills are extremely lacking as well as her ability to have the food prepared in a timely matter.
